Mountain View Montessori (MVM) is a free (no tuition) public K-7 charter school. All parents wishing to enroll new students in MVM must submit an online application if there are more applicants than spaces available.

If your child/ren are accepted, the following items will be required:

  • Online Enrollment
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Current, up-to-date Immunization Record or Utah Exemption form
  • Proof of Vision Screening (Kindergarten only)
  • Proof of Residency/Address
  • Special Education Information (if applicable) – If your student has been serviced in Special Education, we will need to obtain a current copy of the IEP or 504 so that our resource team can address the needs of your student. Mountain View Montessori will request records from your student’s current school upon enrollment.
  • Proof of Custody / Guardianship (if applicable and needs enforcement)
